Marketing Team Lead

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a hybrid-remote market development professional to support Sales Executives in prospecting, acquiring, or renewing business. The role includes training five Marketing Service Reps and coordinating with brokers and agency partners.
The ideal candidate has health insurance sales/marketing experience, licenses or the ability to obtain Life & Health licenses quickly, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. In-office presence is required three days per week.
