Intuit is seeking two Staff Customer Experience Strategists to elevate the experience across its Workforce Solutions and ASO portfolio. You will own end-to-end CX for payroll, worker management, and onboarding, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and CS to remove friction and scale experiences for SMB to mid-market clients.
The role reports to the GBSG Services Senior Customer Experience Manager and will partner with AI-driven and human-enabled services to blend automation with expertise.
