The company is actively executing acquisitions and has a robust pipeline of future deals, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys owning the full M&A lifecycle.
Highlights about the Company and Position:
Reports directly to the Executive Head of Corporate Development & Strategy with significant visibility to senior leadership.
True end-to-end M&A role with ownership of acquisitions from target evaluation and due diligence through closing and integration planning.
Lean, entrepreneurial team where you'll serve as the primary transaction lead and work cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
Company is actively executing acquisitions and expects to remain highly acquisitive.
Opportunity to build executive-level board presentations, financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases that directly influence strategic decisions.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or a combination thereof.
Hands‑on experience leading the full M&A process from origination through closing and integration planning.
Prior experience within manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, specialty chemicals, distribution, or related sectors.
Advanced financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
MBA preferred; CFA and/or CPA considered a plus.
