This role drives customer retention and engagement by navigating the complex landscape of multimedia marketing campaigns and strategic partner relationships. The position addresses the challenge of delivering consistent, high-impact messaging across diverse channels like email, web, and transactional account platforms. Successful execution ensures that programming opportunities from major networks are effectively leveraged to meet enterprise-wide growth goals while bridging the gap between technical requirements and creative excellence.
What success looks like (objectives):
Drive customer engagement by overseeing the creative direction and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and transactional account platforms
Partner with major programming networks, such as FOX, AMC, and Disney, to identify and capitalize on high-value marketing opportunities that align with brand objectives
Lead cross-functional stakeholders and creative agencies in the iterative development and testing of assets to optimize campaign performance
Orchestrate the delivery of multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously through efficient resource management and proactive supervision
Cultivate enterprise-wide relationships to align technical and non-technical departments toward shared strategic goals and coordinated communication
Communicate project scope, deliverables, and timelines effectively to ensure transparency for diverse teams at all levels of the organization
Provide transparent visibility into project health by establishing robust reporting frameworks and resolving roadblocks for stakeholders as necessary
Assist with planning, creating, and executing video content and on air commercials targeted to existing customers.

Minimum requirements:
Minimum Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related discipline
Minimum Experience:

1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Project Management
Required Technical Skills:
Email and Web marketing platforms
Project management software and reporting tools
Salary ranges: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
