Job Summary
The HR/Office Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources operations while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role blends people management, administrative leadership, and operational support, serving as a central point of contact for employees, leadership, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws
Assist with benefits and payroll coordination
Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries
Continuously update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Act as a liaison between staff, management, and external partners
Organize internal events, meetings, and team activities
Ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming workplace environment
Office Management
Oversee daily multiple office operations and facilities management
Coordinate vendors, supplies, equipment, and office services
Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Assist in improving workflows, processes, and employee experience
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in HR, office management, or a combined role
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency with HR systems, payroll tools, and office software
Familiarity with benefits administration
