Office Manager / Creative Admin

PDS Health wants motivated professionals to join its Operations Manager Trainee program and learn to run a dental office. You will progress through a structured OM Development Program while being mentored by a supervisor, with the goal of independently managing a dental office in 4–6 months.
The role emphasizes culture, staffing, problem-solving, and leadership, with travel between offices and a focus on growing revenue and improving operations.
