Editing long-form video content into engaging short-form stories, the part-time Narrative Short-Form Editor will create optimized clips for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts while working remotely from the US or South America.
Key responsibilities
Cut long-form video into multiple short-form variations for A/B testing and performance optimization
Edit in Premiere Pro, ensuring strong narrative pacing and structure
Apply sound design and build light motion graphics in After Effects to enhance storytelling
Required qualifications
Proven experience editing short-form content, preferably in a narrative/storytelling style
Strong command of Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects
Clear understanding of sound design as a storytelling tool
Comfortable testing multiple cuts/hooks to identify the best-performing content
Based in the US or South America
