DH Pace - - Responsibilities: Schedule technicians to customer job sites and manage job tickets; Ensure COD payments are collected prior to job completion; Maintain and update service tickets to meet dates; Assist with billing paperwork and required documents; Coordinate with estimating team to provide service quotes
