Responsibilities

Manage and update CRM and marketing databases
Prepare and upload customer and lead lists
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation
Support marketing campaigns and operations
Perform data quality checks and administrative tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications

12 years of marketing, CRM, data entry, or administrative experience
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM systems preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Associate degree or equivalent experience
