Job Description
Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to support a customer mission within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a highly secure environment. This role focuses on data entry, content organization, and maintaining accuracy and usability across multiple SharePoint channels for our customer.
This position will support operations at a customer site located in Arlington, VA. You will be expected to be onsite 5 days per week.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain data across SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
Manage and curate content within various SharePoint channels to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
Support the development and organization of document repositories, pages, and site structures.
Assist users with basic SharePoint navigation and content-related requests.
Ensure proper tagging, metadata usage, and version control across uploaded documentation.
Collaborate with team members to improve content workflows and maintain operational efficiency.
Adhere to all security protocols and handling procedures within the SCIF environment.
Minimum Qualifications
0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.
Familiarity with SharePoint (Online or On-Prem) including basic content management tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Must possess an active Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements
Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
Basic understanding of content lifecycle management or knowledge management principles.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
