Experience: Minimum of 12 months of vascular procedure experience in a hospital or medical center setting. Scrub, circulate, and monitor experience required. Cardiac Cath Lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting required. Current or prior experience supporting Operating Room procedures required. Level I trauma experience preferred. First-time travelers welcomed. Peripheral vascular experience required.
License: Iowa Radiology license highly preferred; will consider candidates with a non-active license, but issuance timeline varies. Active ARRT (R) required. ARRT (CI or VI) highly preferred. RCIS/CCI nice to have.
Certifications: AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS preferred. ARRT - document required. Iowa Radiology license - document required.
Must-Have: Work history/resume/employment history must clearly show 12 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab/Cardiac Cath experience. Skills checklist must be specific to the discipline listed in the job. Professional reference from a charge, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO, with a performance evaluation within the last 24 months preferred. Driver's license document required.
