Sales Director – Kids Off-Price

Job Title: Sales Director – Kids Off-Price
Responsibilities

Sell and manage Kid’s for off price market
Must have strong relationships with Kid’s in TJX/Ross/Burlington
Have full understanding of off-price calendar and have experience in planning inventory
Should have experience selling sweaters/tops to denim
Work with the Sales, Design and Merchandising teams to evaluate merchandise assortments, positioning, visual standards, processes, and marketing tools.
Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow-up
Conduct competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy
Achieve sales and growth targets
Requirements

5+ years of related sales experience
Must have current working relationships with Buyers in off-price Kid’s market
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
Strong follow-up skills
Resourceful and demonstrated problem solver
Salary $130,000-$150,000 + commission
