In this role, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to develop winning pursuit strategies, create compelling marketing content, and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate proposal, pursuit, and interview efforts from kickoff through submission.
Partner with leadership and project teams to support business development, client engagement, and strategic positioning opportunities.
Develop and refine compelling marketing materials, project narratives, presentations, awards submissions, and thought leadership content.
Maintain and organize marketing assets, including project information, resumes, CRM records, and proposal content.
Track industry trends, conferences, networking opportunities, and market intelligence to help drive growth and visibility.
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and marketing best practices.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Design, or a related field preferred.
5-8 years of experience in marketing, business development, proposals, or communications, ideally within the AEC or professional services industry.
Strong proposal management, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organization, project management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, project teams, and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with CRM and marketing database platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of California markets, public-sector pursuits, or design-related industries is preferred.
