Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support global marketing initiatives for a leading subscription-based digital services platform. In this role, you will help coordinate integrated marketing campaigns, manage project timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention.

The ideal candidate is a proactive project coordinator with strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience supporting marketing programs in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who enjoys collaborating across multiple business functions while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and with a high level of quality.

What You'll Do

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention

Assist in developing marketing briefs based on customer insights, business objectives, and competitive analysis

Prepare campaign overviews, post-launch recaps, and project documentation that capture campaign strategy, execution, and key learnings

Gather, organize, and synthesize marketing performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights

Manage campaign calendars, project timelines, creative requests, asset libraries, and marketing documentation

Coordinate cross-functional projects across Marketing, Product, Creative, Engineering, Analytics, Media, Public Relations, Retail, and Partner Marketing teams

Schedule meetings, capture action items, track deliverables, and ensure projects remain on schedule

Support marketing activations, promotional campaigns, and consumer-facing initiatives with strong attention to detail

Coordinate partner marketing opportunities and cross-promotional initiatives across multiple teams

Partner with Analytics teams to support campaign reporting, performance measurement, and marketing insights

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project management processes, and cross-functional collaboration

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree required

4-6 years of experience supporting marketing programs, campaign execution, project coordination, or marketing operations

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization

Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives from planning through execution

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work in deadline-driven environments

Experience maintaining project plans, calendars, documentation, and marketing assets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize data and communicate marketing performance insights

Proficiency with presentation tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications

Self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience supporting subscription services, consumer technology products, or digital marketing organizations

Familiarity with paid media, owned channels, lifecycle marketing, partner marketing, or digital campaign execution

Experience partnering with Analytics teams to measure campaign performance and customer engagement

Experience coordinating consumer events, product launches, or integrated marketing activations

Strong presentation development skills for executive updates and marketing planning
