North America Brand Marketing Coordinator - Beauty Launches

Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Manager in North America Brand Marketing to support day-to-day coordination and tracking across key categories. This hybrid role focuses on keeping calendars, trackers, and strategy updates current so partners stay aligned and launches run smoothly.
You will work with Global Marketing, Creative, Trade Marketing, Sales, PR/Comms, DTC, VM, and Events to gather inputs, track actions, and produce regular reporting on performance and brand health.
