This justice-driven law firm seeks a Director to step into a prominent leadership role, of similar stature to Partners within the firm. This is a highly dynamic position, requiring keen strategic instinct, refined diplomacy, and the ability to energize a team around a shared vision. Responsibilities include leading Lateral Partner Recruitment, propelling social-impact initiatives (i.e. DEI programming, pro bono opportunities), and optimizing the firm's robust onboarding program for incoming attorneys.
The desired candidate should have roughly 10 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal recruitment agency. J.D. highly preferred.
Compensation DOE, $270k-$280k+.
