We're seeking a
Website Content Specialist (Web Producer)
to support a fast-paced digital team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a portfolio of high-traffic consumer websites.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Website Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing digital content from concept through launch while partnering with marketing, creative, technology, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, publish, and maintain website content and web pages using a Content Management System (CMS)
Build and update digital content while ensuring accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency
Coordinate projects with creative, marketing, development, and business teams
Manage digital requests from requirements gathering through implementation and launch
Troubleshoot website content issues and support production releases
Review HTML and web content to ensure proper formatting and functionality
Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline digital production workflows
Assist with website enhancements, testing, and quality assurance
Help maintain a seamless and engaging online customer experience
Support multiple digital projects while balancing competing priorities
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Experience working with
Content Management Systems (CMS)
Familiarity with
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
is a plus, but not required
Strong understanding of how websites function and are managed
Working knowledge of
HTML
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in an Agile environment and adapting to changing priorities
Preferred Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Design/UI/UX, or related field
OR equivalent professional experience
Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Understanding of SEO best practices and ADA website accessibility standards
Experience supporting eCommerce, digital marketing, or large consumer websites
Hospitality, travel, or tourism industry experience is a plus
