What You'll Do

Source high-quality founder and deal flow opportunities across sectors and stages
Open doors across startup, investor, and institutional ecosystems
Act as a strategic extension of Arcovia - with credibility, taste, and precision
Support strategic investor and founder introductions that move deals forward
What You Get

Commission-only with no cap
$5K-$25K+ per client you introduce who is successfully funded
% of capital raised ($5M-$40M)
Access to Arcovia's investor and advisory ecosystem, institutional and sovereign-linked relationships, and internal deal flow systems
Advancement pathways into Strategic Partner and leadership roles, including full-time scouting and part-time salary + upside for top performers
