Business Development Manager – R&D / Custom Manufacturing

Your Responsibilities:

Drive new business opportunities in Custom Manufacturing and convert leads into projects

Champion our Custom Manufacturing capabilities with existing and new customers

Identify key decision-makers, build strong partnerships, and manage strategic relationships

Translate customer challenges into innovative, value adding solutions

Maintain a performance driven mindset to meet volume and profitability goals

Collaborate closely with Sales and align on project pipelines and customer needs

Work hand in hand with R&D teams in Germany and India to advance developments and ensure product, quality, and service requirements are met

Your Profile:

Technical background in chemistry, chemical engineering or similar engineering disciplines

Solid business development experience in the chemical industry

Strong customer centric mindset, driven to solve production and supply chain challenges

8+ years in commercial roles, ideally with a track record of delivering innovative, value added solutions

Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels; from R&D and procurement to CEOs and production managers

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel up to 50 % to support growth and project execution
