Key responsibilities
Own production oversight for a portfolio of features and LiveOps initiatives
Translate product strategy into actionable plans, milestones, and release schedules
Facilitate release planning and cross-functional coordination across teams
Required qualifications
7+ years of production experience in games or live-service products, including 3+ years in a Senior Producer role
Proven track record of delivering complex features on a live-service product
Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines
Strong expertise in planning, risk management, and operational execution
Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization systems, and player engagement
