Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor sourcing team members

Drive sourcing governance, SOPs, and best practices

Manage team productivity, SLAs, and delivery timelines

Lead client governance calls, business reviews, and stakeholder engagements

Handle escalations and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing support and service delivery
