Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Media Content Specialist to join their innovative team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting the social media strategy team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a passion for engaging digital content, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform social listening across channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities for content that enhances brand engagement and relevance.
Develop and pitch innovative creative ideas for static and video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram, aligning with brand strategy.
Design, produce, edit, and write compelling social media content, including adapting content for paid media campaigns when necessary.
Serve as on-camera talent, bringing energy and authenticity to each piece of content to connect with audiences.
Analyze content performance metrics and implement continuous optimization strategies to grow engagement, reach, and followers.
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in content creation and/or social media management for brands or organizations.
Strong skills in content creation that reflect brand voice and strategy, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms.
Exceptional understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including current trends and formats in short-form content.
Ability to synthesize data insights to inform creative content and identify new opportunities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
