Account Executive, Advertising

We’re hiring an Account Executive, Advertising, on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across Texas and the Southwest. This person will manage an assigned territory in Plano, TX, selling integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms. You’ll join a collaborative team and help local businesses grow through tailored marketing solutions.
Account Executive, Advertising Benefits:
Compensation: $40,000 base salary ($60,000+ target OTE) with uncapped commission

Account Executive, Advertising Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in traditional media advertising sales (print, digital, radio, TV, or out-of-home)
Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of integrated marketing solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through consistent outbound sales activity
Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns
Identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts
IN-OFFICE ROLE:

Candidates must be familiar with the Plano / Dallas-Fort Worth market and able to commute to the office daily. This is

not

a hybrid or remote position.
