Production Associate - 2nd & 3rd Shift

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 1:00 PM-11:00 PM | $16.25/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:00 AM | $16.75/hour
Weekly Pay | Contract-to-Hire

We're hiring Production Associates to manufacture heavy-duty industrial spill containment products used by businesses across North America. This is a hands-on production role that combines assembly, machine operation, material handling, and quality inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble heavy-duty industrial tarp products
Operate RF heat-sealing equipment to bond materials together
Feed, position, and reposition large materials throughout the production process
Use hand tools including mallets, clamps, and staple guns
Fold, secure, and reinforce finished products
Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met
Work safely around heated equipment and machinery
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications

At least 6 months of recent manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred
Comfortable working in a physically active manufacturing environment
Able to lift, pull, and reposition large materials throughout the shift
Able to stand, bend, and move continuously during the workday
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
