Production Worker Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

Ability to inspect products and identify quality concerns

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to use basic measuring tools and production equipment

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Remove finished parts and perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Assemble, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products according to instructions

Prepare boxes and products for shipment

Move completed parts to designated production areas

Trim, dip, or hot wire burn finished parts as required

Use gauges, scales, and measuring equipment to verify product specifications

Complete production and quality records accurately

Perform basic routine maintenance and report equipment issues

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow good manufacturing practices and all safety procedures

Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Perform additional production duties as assigned
