Production Associate Location: Rankin, PA Pay: $17.00 per hour (Potential for $23.00+ per hour upon permanent hire) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Overtime: Optional and Available Position Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Rankin, PA. Key Responsibilities Apply insulation materials to metal products during the manufacturing process. Assist with the movement and handling of metal materials. Work safely around overhead cranes and production equipment. Perform general labor and production support duties. Follow production procedures and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply. Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is a plus. Forklift experience is beneficial but not required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
