We are searching for a Photographer & Creative Strategist to execute cohesive social media content on behalf of our clients. This role will play a key part in shaping the visual storytelling for our clients, translating brand strategies into engaging social-first content. The ideal candidate is both a skilled photographer and a creative thinker who understands how visuals drive engagement, brand awareness, and consumer action across social platforms. The main responsibility of this position will be to produce photographs for our client's social media pages; this includes setting up, taking, and editing photos according to the client's brand. Another aspect of this position will be collaboration on bringing creative concepts to life; this includes working closely with the Social Media Team to develop thoughtful content to maximize our marketing efforts.

This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid role with benefits, requiring regular in-office collaboration and studio production days. Candidates should be comfortable working from our New York office/studio approximately three days per week, with flexibility based on production schedules and client needs.

Job Responsibilities
Produce between 8-10 original creatives per week
Produce 8-10 original social media assets per week, including photography, short-form video, GIFs, stop motion, and other social-first content formats
Work with Social Media Team to execute images according to client branding
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and shot lists aligned with client brand guidelines and social media objectives
Partner with the Social Media Team to plan monthly content calendars and identify opportunities for seasonal, trending, and campaign-driven content
Provide creative recommendations based on platform trends, audience behavior, and performance insights
Manage the full content production process from concept development through final edited assets
Maximize value and help grow our creative services
Engage with clients to understand their goals
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, translate feedback into creative solutions, and deliver content that aligns with brand goals
Participate in new business pitches
Participate in client presentations, creative brainstorms, and new business pitches as needed

Qualifications
2-4 years of social media photography experience
Skilled in food styling
Food/beverage photography background is required; product or lifestyle photography is a plus
Ability to create and edit moving images (gifs, stop motion) and short video content
Proven ability to shoot and edit Reels and trend-focused video content on iPhone
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing platforms)
Experience with mobile-first editing tools such as CapCut or similar platforms is a plus
Experience creating UGC-style video content
Highly organized with the ability to manage and procure props and groceries needed for shoots
Strong communication skills; knows how to communicate with clients, take feedback, and work with a team to deliver excellent results
Understands social media platforms and the types of content that perform best on those platforms (specifically, Facebook and Instagram)
High-quality DSLR camera and tripod - other equipment will be provided
Knowledge or genuine interest in the wine & spirits industry
Must have access to own studio, or be willing to work out of our in-office studio a few days per week
Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to develop premium content under tight timelines
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with account, creative, and social media teams
Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
