Drone Pilot

Pixels On Target is hiring a full-time Drone Pilot (UAS Flight Test Operator) at our Sunrise, Florida headquarters. FAA Part 107 is required. Army 15W, SOF sUAS, or FPV operator experience is strongly preferred. You will be the pilot behind our flight test program, our customer demonstrations, and the data that trains our AI systems.
What you will do
Fly flight test cards against engineering builds of Pixels products, log anomalies, and work directly with the engineers who fix them
Fly customer demonstrations at test ranges and field events in front of soldiers and program managers
Fly structured data-collection sorties that feed our AI model training pipeline
Perform field-level maintenance, batteries, and flight logs; deeper repairs and configuration control are shared with engineering
You will operate Group 1-2 sUAS: multirotor and FPV platforms carrying Pixels-integrated payloads.
Required
Verifiable references who can attest to your flight proficiency and operational record
On-site at our Sunrise, FL headquarters with approximately 25% travel
Preferred
Military UAS operator background (Army 15W, SOF sUAS, FPV, or equivalent)
Comfort briefing customers and answering questions at demonstrations

Compensation reflects this. The top of our band is reserved for pilots with real technical depth.
