Remote Relationship Manager – Retirement Plans (Small Sponsors)

Nationwide Financial is seeking a Relationship Manager for Retirement Solutions on the West Coast. This role manages defined plans with assets typically in the $5-10M range, coordinating advisors, TPAs and other providers to deepen client relationships.
You will lead onboarding, drive plan profitability, and represent client needs in product development, with travel up to 75% and a home-office setup.
