Associate Producer - Art

Working remotely on a 12-month contract basis, the Associate Producer - Art will manage production schedules, oversee asset pipelines, and facilitate collaboration among creative teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content for a live-service environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own production schedules and workflow organization across 2D and 3D art initiatives
Manage content pipelines and track dependencies to meet production milestones
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain project momentum

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in a production or associate producer role supporting art or creative teams
Strong understanding of production pipelines, scheduling, and asset tracking
Experience coordinating multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
