Supporting the execution of growth initiatives, the full-time remote Corporate Development Director will evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Support corporate development initiatives by evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities through market research and financial analysis
Coordinate due diligence workstreams, manage progress, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective transaction execution
Prepare analyses and communication materials to inform internal discussions and support decision-making related to corporate development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, corporate finance, or a related field
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and valuation analyses
Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate strategic alternatives and develop recommendations for leadership
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
