Role Description
We are seeking a strategic, technically adept Product Marketing leader to own product marketing across our three core go-to-market motions: Application & Data Modernization, Event Stream Processing, and the Real-Time Contextual Data Platform for Enterprise AI. This role will translate Striim's real-time data streaming, change data capture (CDC), observability, and AI-agent capabilities into compelling market positioning, differentiated messaging, successful product launches, and field-ready sales assets that drive pipeline growth, win rates, and category leadership.
As the senior Product Marketing voice within the organization, this role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Alliances, Customer Success, and Enablement to transform product innovation into measurable commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Define and execute global go-to-market strategies for Striim's platform, solutions, and AI-driven innovations.
Develop customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, and value frameworks aligned to key technical and business decision-makers.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Alliances teams to align product roadmap priorities with market opportunities.
Drive product launches from strategy through execution, establishing success metrics tied to pipeline generation.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated business value propositions.
Create and maintain messaging frameworks that communicate measurable outcomes.
Develop and maintain high-impact sales enablement assets.
Partner directly with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Alliances teams on strategic enterprise opportunities.
Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changes.
Conduct competitive analysis against key competitors.
Deliver actionable market intelligence and customer insights.
Represent Striim through various industry events and initiatives.
Serve as the voice of the customer and market within the organization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop thought leadership content.
Leverage modern AI-enabled workflows and tools to accelerate content development.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in B2B software product marketing.
Proven experience marketing enterprise software solutions.
Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product launches.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience building sales enablement programs and assets.
Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies.
Experience supporting hyperscaler partner ecosystems.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated use of AI-enabled productivity tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) and real-time data streaming.
Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms.
Experience marketing AI-native or machine learning-based product portfolios.
Previous experience working within a high-growth technology company.
Experience in analyst relations.
Background spanning Product Marketing, Product Management, or Sales Engineering.
Experience supporting enterprise software sales within regulated industries.
Familiarity with cloud marketplaces and partner ecosystems.
Passion for emerging technologies.
Requirements
8–12 years of experience in B2B software product marketing.
Minimum of 3 years in a Senior Manager, Director, or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience marketing enterprise software solutions.

Compensation
$225,000 - 235,000 USD on an annualized basis. In addition to base pay, this role offers the opportunity to earn variable-based rewards.
