William & Mary’s Department of Intercollegiate Athletics seeks an Assistant Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development to design and oversee programs that foster holistic growth, leadership, career preparation, and community engagement for student-athletes.
You will collaborate with campus partners to create curricula, mentor students, and coordinate resources; manage a program budget and support SAAC while aligning with NCAA and university standards.
