The Senior Director, Head of Marketing Operations serves as a highly strategic, operational, and creative partner to the Chief Marketing Officer. This role operates at the center of the marketing organization, driving execution against critical priorities, shaping executive-level communications, and ensuring alignment across senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic thought partner to the CMO, supporting decision‑making, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives
Lead a global marketing transformation in partnership with the CMO
Serve as an extension of the CMO in day‑to‑day operations, maintaining alignment across marketing, executive leadership (XCOM), and cross‑functional stakeholders
Lead the development of high‑impact executive presentations (e.g., board updates, town halls, XCOM meetings), ensuring compelling storytelling and visual excellence
Translate complex business concepts into clear, persuasive, and creative narratives
Drive preparation and orchestration of meetings, including agendas, briefing materials, and follow‑ups
Identify and solve problems proactively, anticipating needs in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment
Partner closely with marketing leadership to track progress against strategic objectives and ensure accountability
Lead or support special projects, strategic analyses, and transformation initiatives as needed
Bring a consulting‑style approach to structured problem solving, synthesis, and communication
Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
High expectation of sound judgment, EQ, and the ability to operate within nuance and standard operating procedures

Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
5 years of experience in consulting (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) and/or top‑tier corporate strategy, marketing, or chief of staff roles
Proven experience supporting senior executives or C‑level leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Exceptional intellectual horsepower – highly analytical, structured thinker with strong business acumen
Creative excellence – ability to produce best-in-class presentations combining strategy, storytelling, and visual design
Executive presence – confidence and maturity to operate alongside senior leadership

The compensation for this role is USD $131,700.00 - USD $245,500.00 / Year*
