Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peninsular)

Role Overview

Provide high-quality Castilian Spanish voice recordings to help train and evaluate an internal customer experience AI agent. This role requires consistent, expressive, and clean audio across diverse scripts, with attention to tone, pacing, and pronunciation. Recordings produced in this engagement may be used to create a voice clone for the client’s CX AI Agent.
Key Responsibilities

Record clear, natural, and expressive voice samples for a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Maintain consistent voice, accent, and delivery across recording sessions
Exercise control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, intonation, and emotional range
Follow detailed recording guidelines for environment, microphone setup, and file formatting
Provide multiple takes when requested, varying emotion, emphasis, and style
Ensure delivered audio meets quality standards for training and evaluation of speech models
Qualifications

Native Castilian / Peninsular Spanish speaker, currently based in Spain
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter
Strong command of diction, intonation, and the ability to convey different emotions and styles
Ability to follow scripts accurately while keeping a natural delivery
Reliable availability, approximately 5 to 10 hours per week for the project
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recording for text-to-speech, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms

Remote work, must be based in Spain
Hourly engagement, expected commitment of about 5 to 10 hours per week
Recording sessions scheduled according to project needs and performer availability
Compensation

50 per hour

Your voice recordings will be used exclusively for the client’s internal CX AI Agent. They will not be sold, licensed, or reused for any other product, dataset, or purpose. Your voice may be cloned for that specific CX AI Agent use. Please apply only if you consent to voice cloning for this stated internal use.
