Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Peninsular)

Role Overview

Provide clear, expressive Castilian/Peninsular Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate a customer experience AI agent text to speech system. You will deliver consistent, natural spoken performances across varied scripts so the model can produce human like CX interactions. Recordings will be used exclusively for the client''s internal CX AI Agent and will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes.
Key Responsibilities

Record high quality voice samples for a range of scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material.
Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation.
Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions.
Follow specific recording guidelines regarding environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
Provide multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style when requested.
Qualifications

Native Castilian/Peninsular Spanish speaker, currently based in Spain.
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcast.
Access to a professional or near professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet environment, and pop filter.
Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range, with the ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery.
Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets.
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper.
Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
Work Terms

Remote role, recordings completed from your location in Spain.
Hourly engagement, with an expected commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week while the project is active.
You will be asked to provide multiple recording sessions as needed to meet quality and consistency guidelines.
Compensation

50 per hour.
Eligibility

Must be currently based in Spain and a native Castilian/Peninsular Spanish speaker.
Applicants must agree that their recorded voice may be cloned for use in the client''s internal CX AI Agent. Recordings will not be sold or reused outside this specified use case.
