Voice Actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Mexican Spanish)

Role Overview

Provide high-quality Mexican Spanish voice recordings to train and evaluate a customer experience AI agent. This role focuses on delivering consistent, natural, and expressive performances across a variety of scripts, with recordings used exclusively for the client''s internal CX voice system.
Key Responsibilities
Record clear, natural, and expressive speech across diverse script types, including conversational, narrative, and instructional material
Maintain consistent voice, accent, tone, pacing, and pronunciation across sessions
Perform multiple takes with controlled variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as requested
Follow detailed recording and technical guidelines, including environment setup, microphone technique, and required file formats
Deliver clean audio with minimal background noise and correct levels
Qualifications
Native Mexican Spanish speaker currently based in Mexico
Proven experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, for example a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and pop filter
Strong control of intonation, diction, and emotional range
Ability to follow scripts precisely while keeping a natural delivery
Reliable availability for 5 to 10 hours per week over the project duration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recording for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
Ability to produce multiple vocal styles, for example conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm
Work Terms
Remote work, candidate must be located in Mexico
Hourly engagement
Expected commitment of approximately 5 to 10 hours per week, schedule to be coordinated as needed during the project
Compensation
~$50 per hour

Recordings will be used exclusively to build and evaluate the client''s internal CX AI Agent; they will not be sold, licensed, or reused for other products, datasets, or purposes
