Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Staff Brand Designer will design and build brand experiences across Webflow's marketing site and other brand surfaces, integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques while collaborating with the Brand Studio team.
Key responsibilities
Design the web as the primary brand surface, shaping user experiences and interactions
Work across various brand mediums, ensuring coherence in brand expression from web to campaigns and events
Experiment with AI-assisted design and development, bringing innovative solutions into production
Required qualifications
BS/BA college degree or relevant experience
8+ years of experience in brand design and web design or development
Demonstrated expertise in designing marketing websites that convey brand narratives
Deep proficiency in Webflow, including CMS structures and component systems
Active experience using AI and agentic tooling in production work
