Our client, a leading organization in the public affairs and marketing sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Public Affairs Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Public Affairs Marketing Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Public Affairs department supporting marketing initiatives that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Lead and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects within the Public Affairs organization.
Develop, manage, and monitor comprehensive project timelines for various teams involved in strategy, creative, and deployment phases.
Maintain campaign calendars, project plans, and asset trackers to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
Facilitate cross-functional communication among marketing teams, creative agencies, and external vendors to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts early, escalating issues as needed to ensure project continuity.
What's Needed?

Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience supporting large-scale marketing or communications initiatives.
Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Planner, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with additional project management tools like Airtable, Aprimo DAM, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Trello, or ClickUp is a plus.
