As a Game Designer at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will be responsible for creating and developing engaging and immersive gaming experiences. You will work closely with our development team to design and implement game mechanics, levels, and features that align with our company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming, excellent design skills, and a strong understanding of the gaming industry. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to design and implement game mechanics, levels, and features
Create and maintain design documents, including game design documents, level designs, and feature specifications
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor games to ensure our games are innovative and engaging
Develop and balance game systems, including progression, difficulty, and rewards
Work with artists and programmers to ensure game assets and features are implemented correctly
Continuously iterate and improve game designs based on feedback and data analysis
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Stay up to date with the latest gaming trends and technologies to incorporate into our games
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in game design, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the mobile gaming industry
Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics
Proficient in game design software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine
Knowledge of programming languages, such as C# or C++, is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Passion for gaming and staying updated on industry trends
