Fall Intern, Content Marketing & Partnerships - Part-Time

How You’ll Make An Impact
We are looking for an intern to work cross-functionally with our programming teams to provide content marketing support for our music, entertainment, and sports verticals.

What You’ll Do

Familiarize yourself with partner brand guidelines and content.

Brainstorm creative concepts to help drive engagement across socials and marketing outlets.

Draft marketing proposals to be shared with external partners.

Monitor and track contractual obligations for all partners across music, talk, and sports.

Generate PowerPoint presentations recapping numerous initiatives, including show and channel launches, content campaigns, and events.

Assist coordinators with circulating approved assets and programming details to other lines of business using Monday.com.

Assist with administrative duties such as booking conference rooms, scheduling meetings, and submitting invoices.

What You’ll Need

Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2027 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.

Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). PowerPoint is a must.

Basic photo editing experience (i.e. Photoshop and Canva) is a plus.

Marketing, advertising, media or communications majors preferred.

Passion for music, entertainment, and sports is a must.

Good project management and planning skills.

Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Attention to detail skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be $18/hr and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
