Production Director - Seasonal Content

Leading the operational health and execution of MONOPOLY GO!'s seasonal content portfolio, the remote Production Director - Seasonal Content will manage cross-functional partnerships to ensure high-quality, innovative seasonal releases while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on production management.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of seasonal content for MONOPOLY GO!, ensuring alignment across multiple teams
Drive continuous improvement in the seasonal content pipeline, enhancing resource utilization and production predictability
Mentor Production Managers and Producers, fostering a high-performing production environment across the Seasonal Content organization

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in large-scale live-service game development environments
Deep expertise in managing content-heavy production pipelines, including art production and live seasonal releases
Demonstrated success in a Production Director or equivalent leadership role
Strong skills in production planning, capacity management, and operational excellence
Proven ability to lead organizations through meaningful operational change and process improvements
