Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized Technical Writer III to support multiple programs while contributing to Customer Experience & Education initiatives. This role blends core administrative support with project coordination, training deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, track deliverables, and support global team initiatives
Assist in developing and rolling out training materials (i-STAT System)
Support requirements gathering and user research efforts
Create and maintain user documentation (i-STAT portfolio)
Proven experience supporting multiple projects & tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
Education:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but willing to consider High School diploma if matching all skills and experience
Experience with reporting, documentation, or training content is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
