The American Red Cross is seeking a Senior Volunteer Engagement Specialist to lead and grow volunteer programs across Central California counties. You will screen, refer, and place volunteers while partnering with internal teams and external organizations.
Responsibilities include developing onboarding, training, recognition events, and engagement strategies to meet operational needs. Travel to field offices and events may be required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some evenings.
