Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Advantage Car & Credit is looking for a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to help tell our story across multiple dealership locations in the Dayton area.
If you enjoy creating engaging videos, staying on top of social media trends, and producing content that gets results, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. You'll spend time traveling between our dealership locations capturing content, editing videos, posting across our social media platforms, and helping grow our online presence.
Responsibilities

Travel to dealership locations throughout the Dayton area to capture photos and videos
Film and edit short-form video content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Create and publish engaging social media content on a consistent schedule
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across all social media platforms
Interact with potential customers online in a professional and timely manner
Track content performance and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement
Stay current on social media trends, sounds, and content ideas
Work with management to promote inventory, company events, employee highlights, customer stories, giveaways, and community involvement
Maintain an organized library of photos and videos
Occasionally assist with special marketing projects and events
Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong video shooting and editing skills
Experience with editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
Understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices
Creative mindset with the ability to develop content ideas independently
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between dealership locations throughout the Dayton area
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Photography experience is a plus
Experience in automotive marketing is a plus, but not required
