Rate Range : Upto $80 - 95/hr on W2 (no benefits) depends on experience

Must Have:

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy enterprise workflow automation solutions using modern orchestration platforms.

Develop API-based integrations across SaaS applications including collaboration, HR, finance, project management, and AI platforms.

Replace manual and ticket-driven processes with scalable event-driven workflows.

Work directly with business stakeholders to analyze processes and implement automation solutions.

Rapidly prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions in an agile environment.

Establish governance, version control, and release management practices for automation workflows.

Create reusable automation templates and integration frameworks.

Train business users on automation best practices and self-service workflow development.

Partner with security, IT, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure scalable and compliant solutions.

Support multiple automation initiatives while improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workflow automation.

Strong hands-on experience building API integrations across enterprise SaaS platforms.

Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API Keys, and integration patterns.

Experience with workflow orchestration or automation platforms.

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

Experience delivering automation projects in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:
Experience implementing automation governance and release management frameworks.

Experience with HR, Finance, Procurement, or similar enterprise platforms.

Exposure to AI-powered workflows and AI service integrations.

Experience creating automation standards, reusable frameworks, and enablement programs.

Background in operational transformation or process improvement initiatives.
