Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven CRM specialist to own multi-channel campaigns from planning to deployment. You will manage customer journeys across onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty, coordinating with the US Marketing team and global CRM colleagues to drive measurable engagement.
You will work with Braze, Amplitude, and Quick Suite to run A/B tests, analyze performance, and translate insights into optimised campaigns that comply with US data protection regulations.
