About The Role

➡️ This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects.

➡️ You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert conversations into long-term business relationships.

➡️ You are proactive, resilient, and comfortable initiating engagement with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach new enterprise prospects

Conduct discovery meetings and initial consultations

Generate and qualify leads

Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships

Collaborate with marketing on inbound lead conversion

Maintain CRM updates and pipeline reporting

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

✅ 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience

✅ Strong communication and prospecting skills

✅ Comfortable with outreach and networking

✅ Goal-oriented and resilient personality

Good To Have

✅ Interest in IT solutions, cloud, AI, or cybersecurity

✅ Understanding of enterprise sales environment

✅ Growth mindset and strong learning attitude
