Field Experience & Engagement Lead

New York Life’s Field Experience (FX) team seeks an experienced operations partner to plan and execute FX engagement across Advisory Groups (AAC, ABD, MPAC, DMAC), manage end-to-end AAC suggestions and field feedback, and develop scalable communications to improve field visibility.
Reporting to the FX-Field Enablement Team Lead, you will help build governance, playbooks, and tools, advancing efficient execution of Field Experience initiatives and enhancing team operations.
