Zoom is seeking an Onboarding Manager to deliver world-class onboarding experiences that accelerate customer time-to-value. You will drive deployments, coordinate with IT, and guide Day 1–Day 100 adoption for Meetings, Webinars, Rooms, and AI.
You'll lead kickoff sessions, develop scalable onboarding playbooks, and partner with Success teams to ensure rapid adoption while aligning with customer culture and structure. A hybrid/remote work model is offered.
